WHAT WE DO AT ETELECARE IN VERMILLION

eTelecare’s 350 Vermillion employees provide inbound customer service and sales for a leading wireless provider.

…In other words, our customer service employees answer questions, give advice and solve problems for customers who call in from across the country about their wireless service.

Sales employees help customers upgrade their wireless plans, select the right product and get to take advantage of special promotions.

Both positions earn bonuses for providing exceptional service.

Our facility, located on the Northwest corner of Vermillion, is newly renovated with high tech equipment, clean facilities and a TV and game room for employees to use on break for relaxation.

Vermillion, South Dakota, is a community of just over 10,000 people that lies atop a bluff of the beautiful, natural and pristine Missouri River.  Home since 1862 to the University of South Dakota, the state’s oldest institution of higher education, Vermillion is rich in the visual arts, music, dance, theater and literature.
