eTelecare’s 525 Rio Rancho employees provide inbound customer service and sales for a leading wireless provider.

…In other words, our customer service employees answer questions, give advice and solve problems for customers who call in from across the country about their wireless service.

Sales employees help customers upgrade their wireless plans, select the right product and get to take advantage of special promotions.

Both positions earn bonuses for providing exceptional service.
