WHAT WE DO AT ETELECARE IN MINOT

eTelecare’s 250 Minot employees provide inbound customer service and sales for a leading wireless provider.

…In other words, our customer service employees answer questions, give advice and solve problems for customers who call in from across the country about their wireless service.

Sales employees help customers upgrade their wireless plans, select the right product and get to take advantage of special promotions.

Both positions earn bonuses for providing exceptional service.

Located in north central North Dakota, Minot sits on the Souris River and is roughly 90 miles from the Canadian border. Also known as “The Magic City,” Minot is home to 37,000 people and is the fourth largest city in North Dakota.
