eTelecare’s 700+ Colonnade employees provide customer service, inbound sales and outbound sales for top name clients in the cellular phone, telecommunications, and satellite television industries.

 …In other words our customer service employees answer questions, give advice and solve problems for customers who call in from across the country about their hand-held cellular phone.

Sales employees help customers upgrade their wireless plans, select the right product and get to take advantage of special promotions.
