Eastwood City in Libis is home to eTelecare Global Solutions’ first call center in the Philippines. The 16-hectare state-of-the-art community is located at the heart of Quezon City, Metro Manila’s largest city in terms of population and land area. It offers a piece of everything: a business district, exclusive condominiums, specialty shops, cinemas, a supermarket, and a fitness gym. Within a few kilometers of Eastwood City’s immediate radius are the commercial district of Ortigas and premiere universities and college.

eTelecare Libis resides on seven floors of the 30-storey Cyber One Building, a 24x7 information technology building with an exterior made of spandrel and tempered glass. There are more than 2,000 eTelecare employees here and more are expected as the company is set to open two newly-acquired floors. It houses the eTelecare corporate headquarters, various sales, financial services, and technical support accounts.  Majority of our management and support staff are also based in Libis.
