Our Makati site is eTelecare’s second call center in the Philippines.  It is located at the heart of the country’s central business district.  The highly cosmopolitan city, which is often called the “Wall Street of the Philippines,” is home to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the Ayala Group of Companies, the Makati Business Club, and most of the important country and regional headquarters and financial institutions. Within this 2,736-hectare city lies five-star hotels, first-class shopping malls, fine dining restaurants, premiere serviced apartments, notable graduate schools and universities, exclusive villages, and Spanish-era churches. It is easily accessible via public transportation.

eTelecare Makati is on five floors of the 52-storey PBCom Tower, the Philippines’ tallest and the world’s 79th highest building. PBCom Tower, with its double-glazed, unitized curtain walls, is located along Ayala Avenue–one of the most important streets in the country. There are almost 2,500 eTelecare employees on this site working for sales and customer service accounts. All our employees enjoy modern facilities and amenities, including sleeping lounges, game rooms, a mini-Internet café, a daycare center, and even a videoke room!
