What’s it like to work at eTelecare? 

It’s fast paced…never a dull moment.  You’ll be taking calls all day long, helping customers, answering questions about products, making a difference in people’s lives.

You’ll receive several weeks of paid training when you start. But it can’t prepare you for everything. You’ll need to think on your feet.

You’ll use technology, such as computers, phone headsets, and numerous software applications.  Can you juggle all of that?
