Why did you choose to work for eTelecare? Because I had friends and family that worked there and said it was fun.

Out of all the benefits provided here, which are most important to you? The biggest benefit to me is funday.  I get to meet coworkers and have fun.

What is your favorite part of your job? Getting to spend the day with my friends.

Did you start in this position? Yes.  I’m still an agent but would like to be a lead or sup one day.
