Out of all the benefits provided here, which are most important to you? I like that it is a pay by performance program because it allows me to control how much I can make.

What is your favorite part of your job? Working with people.

Did you start in this position? No, I didn’t start in this position but not only has my career developed into something I truly care about, but it has also helped to develop me as a person.  I hope to one day soon be in charge of my own team not only for the title the position offers, but it would allow me to further help our company.
